Dr. Matthew C. Levy

Dr. Matthew C. Levy is the first American physicist Newton International Fellow in the Royal Society.  He is based in the Department of Physics at the University of Oxford and is Junior Research Fellow of Wolfson College.

 

Dr. Levy’s research interests are wide-ranging and cover theoretical and computational high energy density physics, plasma and high-power laser physics, as well as many areas of computer science, particularly involving machine learning.
